We resume Harry Potter the Order of the Phoenix with Chapters 11 and 12: The Sorting Hat's New Song and Professor Umbridge. In these chapters the Hat tried to throw down some wisdom, and Dolores Umbridge is the worst type of teacher, one who does not teach at all!
